This Excel application: TaxPack93 is shareware. This means that if you use TaxPack to prepare your income tax you are obligated to pay a shareware fee of $18.
The TaxPack93 folder consists of Forms 1040, 1099INT, W-2 and supporting TaxPack documents. All features of TaxPack are functional and these forms may be printed and sent to the IRS.
When you pay your $18, you can request an additional set of forms at no cost. This additional set of forms consist of Forms 1099DIV, 1099G, 1099R, 2106, 2119, 2441, 3903, 4562, 4797, 6251, 8606, 8814, 8829 and Schedules A, B, C, C-EZ, D, E, F, and SE. These additional forms will be sent to you in late March when we receive the final forms from the IRS.
When you register, you will automatically receive an order form next December for TaxPack94. To register and pay the $18 shareware fee, print this document and send it and your check to:

You may distribute TaxPack 1040 as long as you clearly indicate that this is shareware and distribute everything that is in the TaxPack93 folder including this document. You may include TaxPack93 in any shareware disks or CD's. If you request and receive the additional forms you MAY NOT distribute these to anyone in any form.
